The first news about this club began to emerge as a result of a group of friends who used to train together and who between 2016-2017 decided to grow this sport and spread its benefits to the rest of the world through social networks. That seed became the first team from the city of Granada, which we know today as BARS BREAKERS. When its first visible head was erected, Victor Bayo, it was officially established as a Calisthenics and Street Workout Sports Club at the end of 2018.
With the appearance of the leader figure, the distribution of functions, along with the search for new dreams and clear ideas, through planning and effort, what began as a group of friends, ended up becoming a solid and committed team. . Our objectives together with the fans also grew at great speed, so we soon found ourselves involved in a large number of exhibitions and inaugurations of calisthenics parks. We held our first tournament and a little later we decided to be part of the Spanish Calisthenics Federation in 2020.
From here we want to put a little more emphasis on the things that make us pioneers and special within this world that as a club and lovers of this discipline we have done for its growth and dissemination:
If we look back, we will always remember with emotion and pride the day we decided to start this adventure and with our heads held high we can say that our objectives and expectations never stop being surpassed.
During this time not everything has been easy, on the contrary, we have gone through quite difficult moments facing problems and saying goodbye to colleagues who got off the boat. Likewise, we understand that each “wave” is a challenge for us, another day to overcome ourselves and enjoy paddling our way, no matter how hard it may be.
Today we continue to make this family grow and continue to be filled with people who share the same goals and the same desire to train to improve every day, thus living unique experiences and gaining knowledge about this sport.

Our main purpose is to make known and promote the practice of this sport. If you have stopped to read about the events we have been to, you will see that there are many contributions each year with exhibitions, competitions, classes, talks, streams, workshops, among other events, contributing our grain of sand so that people can enjoy the benefits and values that this discipline brings us.
Another very important mission for us is to educate and teach people in good training and competition values, offering valuable advice to help everyone progress more effectively and quickly, and sharing the experiences of successful athletes through our blog.
We are committed to the growth of this sport and we want to be a source of inspiration and support for all those who share our passion, improving everything little by little, for those people who bet on us, for our athletes, fans and club members.
This team is founded on values that characterize us and define us as a pioneering club in constant improvement and development.
One of the most marked values of this club is the constant search for excellence, always giving the best of oneself, fighting daily for improvement and maximum performance, both physically and mentally.
This results in a commitment that we demand to offer the highest quality in the challenges we face, such as optimally managing future generations, transmitting correct information, constantly building, contributing and learning to be efficient in the growth of the community.
The attitude and mentality of this club is exemplary. We always maintain a positive predisposition towards the objectives we set, despite the difficulties along the way and without losing our way or forgetting who we are. This attitude we have defines the success we achieve with everything we set out to do.
Everything we have achieved constantly depends on two fundamental values for this club:
1º Respect and gratitude towards all the people who altruistically contribute their love and energy to this sport.
2º The humility that each achievement has been thanks to the effort, sacrifice, discipline, perseverance and improvement of each one of those who are part of each challenge.
